Butterfly Garden

Butterfly Garden is the name of the Pink Paislee collection that I used to make the following card and tag.
Such a soft and pretty vintage type collection.

I enjoyed using the Prima Resist canvas pieces. The resist showed up after the pieces were misted.

I hope everyone of you is having a wonderful New Years Eve!!

Daddy-O

Did you ever use that expression? Haha...not me either...we are too young for that..right?

Here is the tag I promised you using Echo Parks Happy Days Collection. I added some ribbon from My Minds Eye to the bottom.

I think it would be great to use it on a birthday gift!

Happy Days

I made this layout back in July using the Happy Days collection from Echo Park.
It has such a fun retro feel to it.

I thought it was perfect to get some photos scrapped that were taken in 1986 at my son Cameron's and my nephews Matthew's birthday party. They are born one year and one day apart!

The kids are so little and cute!

Here are a couple of closeups.

Tomorrow I will share a tag using this collection.

Halloween in December?

I know I know.......Halloween was over long ago but I just realized that I never posted these projects that I created for Scrapbook Memories & More and actually they were just posted on their blog a couple of weeks ago so I guess I'm not doing too badly...hahaha!

I was given some Imaginisce goodies from their Monster Mash collection to play with and here is what I came up with.

Other supplies:
A.C. cardstock
Doodlebug Pearls
M.S. punch
unk twine

Here is a closeup.

I also made this card:

Here is a tag too. I enjoyed using the MME wood die cut on it. It's very shimmery sprayed with some Maya Road mist. I also used some pp by Best Creation.

Christmas Calendars

Did you have a good Christmas? Ours was really nice. It was super that everyone was healthy!

The only negative was that it was the first Christmas that my oldest son Jonathan was not here. He is  now out in Alberta working on the oil rigs. He is coming home in a week though so we will have a second Christmas when he is here.

Every Christmas I make my parents and also my niece calendars where I scrapbook all the pages. I thought I would show you some of the layouts.

I do have to alter my "style" a bit and cut back on the dimension on the pages so there isn't as much bulk so they are easier to hang and also easier to write appointments on.

The first layout is for my parents calendar is of my nephew Brandon.
I was inspired by Pamela's Sketch and here is my take on it.

I used Authentique Loyal Collection to make my page.
