Twisted Sketch #054

I have been so bad at keeping my blog up to date. I'm sorry...life has been busy.

I do want to let you know that Twisted Sketch #054 is up and I'd love for you to play along.
Here is my page.

My cute little grandnephew Ryan bundled up after a swim.
Go check out the sketch and see what the "twist" is right here.

Twisted Sketch #052 and SnS June reveal

I have a few projects to show you. All of them will be using ribbon from the Savvy N Sassy June ribbon kit which is called "One Fine Day"

Isn't it beautiful?

Twisted Sketch #052 is up and here is my take on it. The twist is "chipboard". For the sketch head to the blog.

Oh Canada Eh?
One year my niece dressed her little guys in red and white for Canada Day. So patriotic!

I made loops from the ribbon and formed them into flowers and added buttons to the centers.

Mr.& Mrs.
My DD and my SIL just celebrated their 6th wedding anniversary so I felt the need to scrap a wedding photo.
The turquoise ribbon was a great hit of colour against the black and white.

I had fun making ribbon flowers and adding rhinestones to the centers.

Dude
My grandnephew's third birthday and Thomas The Train was the theme.
What cute little conductors!

For the border I punched holes with my crop-a-dile and threaded the ribbon through. I put brads in between each "loop" of ribbon. Then I added some pompom trim and machine stitching.
