Twisted Sketch #027

Please forgive me but with all the hustle and bustle I forgot to post my page for the latest Twisted sketch. Please check out the sketch here. The twist is to use ephemera. I used a tag that came on a new pair of jeans.

December Contest: Color Combo with a Twist!

Chiqui has posted the December contest for ScrapMuse. Here are her details:
December is here and everyone’s busy as ever! The holiday season is in full swing. Christmas decorations are up and we see red and green everywhere. I hope you have some free time to scrap and my challenge for you this month is to use red & green as inspiration in creating a layout. You can use a little of other colors but the layout should be predominantly red & green. Another thing I want to see is glitter and at least 3 patterned papers! Your layout can be Christmas related or not, its really up to you!

Oh, and just a few reminders, layouts must be new and posted in the ScrapMuse Gallery under “December 2009 Contest”. Please also link them to the challenge thread so we can all admire them too. You will not only be playing for prize pack from the store valued at $25.00, but your winning layout will also be featured on our blog and website as the “layout of the month”. The design team will select the winning layout by voting for their favorite layout based on the layout itself and by following the challenge as described. The deadline for this contest is December 31 at midnight, EST time.
See her example right here:

I hope you get a chance to play along!
